Girl in the UK has exploded the iPod, and her father was allegedly denied compensation because it involved their silence about the whole event
Last month, the father of 11-year girl heard in her iPod rustle and saw that the smoke comes out of it. He hurry up and throw an electronic device thrown through the rear door of the court, after which they are heard bang, he appeared a cloud of smoke, and the iPod is gone three meters into the air. Particular device in question is the iPod Touch.
British The Times reports that Apple father offered compensation for this event, but under the condition that he and his minor daughter to sign an agreement that they would not gossip about the incident. Father refused such a contract because of complaints he feared if his daughter told someone what happened with the iPod.
British newspapers have heard that it was not the only such case and that every time Apple tried to buy silence from customers bad devices.
